Giganews is the company I subscribe to for my usenet services. I've tried a couple of others in the past, and Giganews is by far the best! I've been with Giganews for over three years now and have had very little issues with them. Any issues I did have were resolved quickly and promptly... in fact almost immediately! (My longest wait, less than 15 minutes!) The speeds of their servers are awesome and their retention is the best there is, and the billing and tech support are extremely helpful!

My only minor complaint... no phone number for contact; they'll help you entirely through email. (Which is okay with me... they were extremely prompt and courteous!)
